It would not be an exaggeration to say that without Deborah, I may have spent another 6 months trying to sell my parents home. My Mom paid off the family home 20 years ago. When it became necessary to sell it, I turned to Deborah who had helped me size up to a larger home a few years ago. She was amazing then and still is! We found that the mortgage company never filed the proper documents and the title wasn’t clear. When one title company refused to work on this problematic issue (as well as one attorney) Deborah used her extensive contacts to find alternate offices, creating a team that worked so well together that we sold the home in about 1/6 the time we were told it would take! With this market, realtors and title companies have a glut of business and can pick and choose. Others may walk away from what they see as a difficult case - but Deborah will not let you down!
